Arcay Chocolates are distributed by ACK Chocolate Industries LLC (also identified as ACK). ACK makes all of its products from scratch and they do not contain any artificial flavor neither any type of preservative and all of them are manufactured in a facility that shares equipment with products that contain milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut. The products do not have additional sugar added to preserve the flavor of the single-origin chocolate.
SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Arcay Chocolates are distributed by ACK Chocolate Industries LLC (also known as ACK).make our best efforts to pack the products as best as we can for shipping and delivery. ACK uses insulated containers to guarantee the freshness of the products. ACK ships its products nationwide within the continental US. ACK does not ship to P.O. Boxes and to ensure that the package arrives at its final destination on time, full shipping address street, suite/room/ apt is mandatory. Orders are delivered via USPS Priority Mail from Monday – Wednesday and if they are placed before 1:00 PM (EST), they are processed and shipped the same day. ACK does not offer shipping availability on weekends. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Packages are shipped without requiring the recipient’s signature. Insulated shipping boxes and frozen gel packs are used to keep products fresh and to protect them from any undesirable damage. ACK recommends that deliveries are made to residences, offices, and venues where recipients might be available to ensure personal direct reception of the product. Once orders are delivered to the specified shipping address, ACK will not be responsible for damage or stolen packages.

All of our confections are perishable; therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds nor exchanges for packages that have been lost in transit or for shipments that have been delayed due to weather-related issues or during the busy holiday season. ACK Chocolate Industries LLC is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by our third-party delivery service (such as USPS / FEDEX / UPS, but not limited to) cannot be refunded nor exchanged. ACK Chocolate Industries LLC is not responsible for online delivery packages in-transit.
